Coastal Partners, Ltd. is a Bahamian corporation founded in 2004 to provide sophisticated offshore and tax exempt investors access to superior alternative investment products. The company's primary objective is to create and promote offshore hedge funds and other alternative investment vehicles that meet the needs of a broad range of institutional investors. The senior executives of the company have over 30 years combined experience in designing, managing and marketing alternative investments and hedge funds. With two offices in the United States and an office in Nassau, The Bahamas, the company is structured to serve the international investment community. Clients include some of the largest investment consultants, fund of funds, banks and pension funds in the world.

Coastal Partners, Ltd. is focused on seeking out alternative investment managers who have developed successful strategies and have proven records for managing assets within changing market conditions. In general, these managers have been limited in their exposure to the international investment community and primary research sources. After the investment manager passes a thorough due diligence process, Coastal Partners Ltd. works to structure an offshore investment fund dedicated to the manager and their investment strategy.

Robert J. Henrich, Jr. is a principal of Coastal Partners, Ltd. From 1994-2003, he was a Managing Director of Beacon Global Advisors Ltd. and Beacon Global Advisors LLC, a registered Broker Dealer in the US. He has served as a First Vice President with E.F. Hutton & Co. and Paine Webber, Inc. from 1979 through 1994. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and earned his Masters of Business Administration at the Florida Institute of Technology. Mr. Henrich is licensed with the NASD and NFA.

Alan Cole is a British Chartered Accountant and permanent resident of The Bahamas. He has over 20 years senior level experience gained in the financial services industry in both London and The Bahamas. From 1990 to 2001 he was Executive Director of Ansbacher (Bahamas) Limited. He left Ansbacher to found Sterling Group. In addition to being the Managing Director of Sterling, Mr. Cole is a director of three banks in The Bahamas and a range of investment funds. He is licensed by The Bahamas Institute of Chartered Accountants as a public accountant. He is also a director of Sovereign (Bahamas) Limited, one of the Sovereign group of companies.
